SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
At SGT we offer a variety of classes for boys and girls, ages 18 months and older. From gymnastics to parkour, we’ve got you covered on the perfect way to get moving! Each of our classes are structured to help students acquire new skills and progress all while having fun. All of our classes are taught by USAG (United States Association of Gymnastics) certified instructors that have passed their safety and background checks as well as their CPR and first aid certifications.

Our gymnasts are introduced to a variety of skills including floor, beam, vault, and bars, while also learning the importance of flexibility and endurance. In fact, building a strong physical and mental foundation through gymnastics can be an excellent opportunity to help your child excel.
Scottsdale Parkour and Freerunning is open to all ages and skill levels with no experience required. No matter how big or small your goals may be, we are ready to help you achieve them. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced parkour where students learn to use their bodies to their full potential.
Students enrolled in our sports prep classes focus on developing foundational skills and strength that will be important in any other sport they pursue. Sports prep classes emphasize the importance of building coordination, flexibility, and strength, while encouraging kids to be themselves, and most importantly, have fun.
At SGT we believe that children learn best in a welcoming atmosphere filled with positive reinforcement and happy people. Our kinder coed gym program is designed to use gymnastics and fundamental body movements as a platform to build and strengthen ones’ confidence, positive self-image.
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING
The inherent fun of trampoline and tumbling often disguises the amount of energy being expended in our classes. Unlike so many children’s activities, when participating in trampoline and tumbling students eagerly sustain an activity level that leads to genuine fitness.
We welcome adults of all ages to explore the fun (and benefits!) of parkour, tumbling, tricking, trampoline or whatever challenge piques your interest. No matter your goals or your skill level – we invite you to take your fitness to the next level at SGT.
