Price includes a choice of any two: 1 slice of pizza, drink, or snack bar item. Any additional snacks will be available for purchase.
IMPORTANT: EVERY participant is required to complete and sign a waiver form before using the facility. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver form signed by his/her OWN parent. No permission slips are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Children who do not have a complete waiver signed by his/her own parent cannot participant.
