PARKOUR TRAINING

Parkour is a Sport that utilizes the Urban Environment to train the human body to overcome any obstacle you may find in the City or Nature. Basic skill capacities developed are Balance, Climbing, Swinging, Jumping, Rolling, Crawling, and Vaulting in many different situations and encounters. It is the perfect form of play and exercise as a growing individual.

ADULT TUMBLING AND TRICKING

Using a combination of Gymnastics Tumbling, Capoeira, Wushu, and Martial Art Tricking to develop an aesthetic blend of flips, kicks, and twists.
