It is very important to us that you and your child have a safe, fun and rewarding experience at our facility. For this reason, we provide and require all students and parents to adhere to our gym rules:

Tuition:
Tuition is due on or before the 1st class of each month. If payment is not received by the 2nd class the student will not be allowed to participate and a $20.00 late fee will be assessed.

It is not the responsibility of the gym to remind you of tuition however reminders will be posted and emailed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, debit, check or cash. Also for your convenience we have “Auto Pay” in which payments can be deducted automatically from your credit card.

We also can take payments by phone or by mail.

There will be a $25.00 charge assessed for all returned checks.

There are no refunds on tuition. We only prorate tuition for NEW students. Tuition is based on 4 weeks, in the event that a class falls on a 5th week the student shall be charged accordingly

The annual registration fee is $45 for the first child and $20 for each sibling and is non-refundable.

Sibling discounts off regular tuition are 10% 2nd child, 15% 3rd child, 20% thereafter.

Holidays
The following holidays are observed, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, make-ups are offered for recreational classes. (Note: closures do not always apply to team practices.)

Trial Class
This is a no-obligation class for new students to assist us in proper placement. Trial classes will only be charged if the student enrolls.

Registration and Attendance
When you register your child in a class you are paying for a reservation, not your child’s attendance.

We at Scottsdale Gymnastics cannot be responsible for every child’s attendance. There will be no refunds for missed classes; however make-up classes can be scheduled through our office with a 48 hour notice. Fees must be paid continuously to guarantee a spot in class. Missed classes cannot be used in lieu of tuition. There is no prorating for missed classes.

Make-ups Only enrolled students shall have one month from the missed class to schedule a make up or they shall forfeit the make-up. The make-up shall be made on a different day other than the enrolled class. Open Gym passes are also available for make-ups. All scheduled make-ups will count unless cancelled within 24 hours.

Late Policy
For health and safety reasons, your child will not be admitted to class if he or she is more that 15 minutes
late.

Sickness Policy
Please do not bring sick children to the gym. Any child showing signs of sickness will be asked to leave the facility. No exceptions! Please schedule a make-up.

Proper Attire
Proper attire is important for safety, comfort and optimal results. All students with hair long enough to get into their eyes must have it tied back. Loose clothing is not permitted. A leotard or a shirt that is not loose fitting is best and stretchy shorts without pockets are optional for girls and sport shorts and t-shirt for boys. JEWELRY IS NOT PERMITTED. Scottsdale Gymnastics and Trampoline is not responsible for lost items.

Proper Behavior
Respectful social and safe behavior is expected at all times. Unacceptable behavior such as

• disrespect for others
• pushing
• hitting
• line cutting
• bad language

are not permitted and the child will receive a warning on the first occurance.

A second warning will result in loss of turn and a third warning will result in being asked to leave class and a meeting with a parent.

Students who are continually disruptive will be asked to find other instruction.

If children need to leave class for any reason they must tell their instructor.

Air Track, Tumble Track and Trampoline Safety
One student at a time allowed on trampoline, tumble track and air track.

Always try to land on your feet or bottom and never bounce onto the floor or from trampoline to trampoline.

Never jump without coach supervision.

Parent and Tot Class

The parent or caregiver must supervise the child at all times. Our responsibility is to coach the parent or caregiver, the parent is the instructor.

Check in policy
For the safety of your child he or she must be checked in and out at the front desk for each class.

Please remember for liability reasons, parents and siblings are not allowed in the gym. Viewing is permitted in designated areas only. Please keep all on-participating siblings with a parent or guardian at all times.
