Students enrolled in our sports prep classes focus on developing foundational skills and strength that will be important in any other sport they pursue. Sports prep classes emphasize the importance of building coordination, flexibility, and strength, while encouraging kids to be themselves, and most importantly, have fun.
SPORTS PREP CLASSES
Pre Sports Prep athletes work to develop focus, balance, and muscle control by improving their flexibility, conditioning, and overall strength. In this class, we put a special emphasis on working with students to learn to follow directions and have self control. All skills are intended to help students excel in any future sport they may choose to pursue.
