TAKING YOUR SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Once your child has mastered the skills in recreational level classes they may be invited to move on to one of our Competitive Teams. SGT offers USAG Junior Olympic compulsory through optional level teams as well as Xcel competitive levels. We also offer a competitive USAG Trampoline & Tumbling team. Gymnastics requires strength, flexibility and courage. Every athlete is encouraged to work to their personal best and help contribute to their team.
