TAKING YOUR SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Once your child has mastered the skills in recreational level classes they may be invited to move on to one of our Competitive Teams. SGT offers USAG Junior Olympic compulsory through optional level teams as well as Xcel competitive levels. We also offer a competitive USAG Trampoline & Tumbling team. Gymnastics requires strength, flexibility and courage. Every athlete is encouraged to work to their personal best and help contribute to their team. Interested in learning more about our team program?
Our SGT team blog is a new feature we are happy to be able to share. Take time to read some interesting articles pertaining to our team program, being a gymnast, overcoming fear and overall great features.

Xcel is the perfect answer to gymnasts who would like to compete and stay active with gymnastics but also have time for other activities.
